Mian Abdul Jabbar Gihllin of Jason Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd and his son Abdul Samad’s hands are drenched in the blood of innocent Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahib, who was murdered by them on the 10th of October 2007. Both Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad forged Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab’s signatures to cover up their own financial malpractices. Mian Abdul Jabbar has started a new business in Dubai UAE by the name Mian Abdul Jabbar Gihllin, the company name is Adam Motors FZD. It is a business of used cars. The Pakistani Government must request The UAE Government to immediately stop their [Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad’s] business. Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad must pay for the crimes they did in Pakistan before they start any new life. Criminals of this type are never able to forget the poverty they endured in their childhood which is always at the back of their crimes. They have money to bribe but don’t have any money to give to the rightful recipients. The rightful recipients are the people from whom their hard earned money, their life time savings were snatched but the promise of giving them home ownership was never fulfilled.

Mian Abdul Jabbar and Abdul Samad the shameless criminals of Pakistan conspired with the Pakistan police to murder innocent Janab AVM Mohammad Latif Tambra Sahab to achieve some financial gains for themselves. Whatever those financial gains were they could never be justified against a human life. Moreover that human life was not of just anyone. It was the precious life of Janab AVM Mohammad Latif Tambra Sahab, who was the noblest gentleman, the cream of Pakistan. Just like rest of the world there are some black sheep in Pakistan police too, who sell their ethics and morals for some monetary gains. One such example is SP Azad who has this habit of shunning his duties and going against them for monetary gains. At the time of murder he was responsible to cordon off the murder place, to seal off the office where the deceased used to work, to collect the evidence, to record the statements of the witnesses and to capture the culprits. SP Azad did not do any of these duties.

• No area was cordoned off.
• No mobile phones were taken into custody.
• No land line phones of the offices or of their owners were listened too.
• No offices were sealed off, not even office of janab AVM Tambra sahab’s.
• No statements of the witnesses were taken into record.
• No persons were taken into custody.
• All the blood was washed away neatly with out taking any samples.
• No bullets were taken for assessments.
• No foot prints and the prints of tyres of the motorcycle were taken.
• No evidence was collected.

And he has been hip hopping i.e. getting posted from one police station to another, since the day of the murder, which took place in the broad day light, of the 10th of October 2007, in front of the office building where deceased used to work for Mian Abdul Jabbar. It has been nine months now and no progress has yet been made. There were many witnesses too at the time of the murder, who were also bribed or harassed so they must not come forward to record the statements.

It is the duty of police to provide protection to common people and especially to persons whose statements are important to uncover the murderers. It is not easy for SP Azad to take bribe alone. His seniors are also involved in this bribe racket. All of them must be uncovered and traced out along with the murderers, because they were the accomplices in the murder. With out their strong help murder could not take place.

Pakistan Government must publically punish all such types of government officials who breach their oaths which they take with the State of Pakistan. The oaths they took in the name of Allah The Most Powerful, The Most Aggressor, when joining the police service. Members of police force, who breach the oath, fail their duties and forget their police trainings must be publically punished so they become an example for their fellow service men. So that all police force must dread the results of breaching of their oath, failing their duties and failing their training, which some like SP Azad and his seniors, forget easily and quickly along with their morals and ethics, soon after they enter the practical life.

In a statement of ABAD, issued on Wednesday, Chairman Hafeez-ur-Rehman Butt said Central Executive Committee (CEC) of ABAD took decision during a meeting held the other day, after receiving lot of complaints against construction company. "We at CEC meeting, thoroughly examined growing public criticisms against the said company and decided to cancel its membership" ABAD chairman was quoted as saying in the statement, adding that such companies would never be allowed to harm reputation of the association. He maintained that association was striving for promotion of construction activities besides protecting interests of builders and added nobody including any member company of ABAD would be allowed to work against interests of common people and builders. Warning ABAD members, he said builders should safeguard interests of common people so that confidence of people and Government could be restored on people associated with construction industry and construction activities could be booted. He and his whole family are greedy, criminal minds and cowards, especially Mian Abdul Jabbar him-self and his son Abdul Samad. They are the biggest greediest and the biggest cowards on the face of the earth. They think they will be respected only when they show more money in their banks and only when they are famous. Just to be known as rich people they do not hesitate to snatch away money from the poor people to fill up their bank accounts and do not hesitate even to kill, well respected and innocent people to get their personal goals. Most recently, on 10th Oct 2007, Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad conspired, financed and killed a well respected and innocent person Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab. The reason for this heinous crime came to their peanut brains was that in this way Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad could put all their own financial blunders and errors on Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab who was shown as one of the directors of the said company by them. The truth is Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab had no say in the profit or loss of the said company. By killing Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab, Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad thought they would not have to bother at all about giving poor peoples hard earned money back to the poor people because now that Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab is dead therefore every liability on his name is legally considered cancelled. The truth is Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab was director only in the name. Actually he was an employee of the company like any other employee who took a fixed salary home every month. Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab never ever bought any piece of property through this company and never ever invested any of his own money in this company or in any branch of this company nor had he any say in the profit or loss of this company. Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad have property and business out of Pakistan too i.e. in the UAE and in the UK. Even in Pakistan they have business in different cities. Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad both of them should be captured immediately and be punished for their bad actions. They must not be allowed to start any new businesses in Pakistan because they are untrustworthy, heartless and cruel people who only know looting and plundering. Poor people must be given money from Mian Abdul Jabbar’s and his son Abdul Samad’s existing accounts which are full of ill-legal and looted money. Also Mian Abdul Jabbar and his son Abdul Samad must be punished for the murder of Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab who was an innocent person and a thorough gentleman. Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab did not want to work with them as soon as he came to know about Mian Abdul Jabbar’s and his son Abdul Samad’s wrong way of doing things but they did not let Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab leave the company saying let Mian Abdul Jabbar’s and his son Abdul Samad’s legal matters settle down then Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab will be free to leave the said company for good and that they will not bother him ever again. This was the promise which ended in a murder and this was the promise which was never fulfilled.
